Overview. The Brandkyn Client Referral Program rewards anyone in our network for referring new clients who book a qualifying project. Whether you’re a current or previous client, a past or current team member, a friend, a family member, or simply someone who believes in what we do, we want to recognize and reward you for spreading the word. This is our way of saying thank you!

How to Refer Someone. It starts with a conversation. Tell someone about Brandkyn and why you think they’d be a great fit. When they’re ready to book, have them enter your first and last name in the onboarding form. That’s how we connect the referral back to you.

Qualifying Projects. Referral rewards apply when the new client books one of the following:

• The Foundation
• The Signature
• The Brandkyn Experience

Referrals for other services or custom projects outside of these three are not eligible at this time.

Eligibility Requirements. To qualify for a referral reward, all of the following must be met:

• The referred person must be a new Brandkyn client with no prior relationship or active conversation with us at the time of referral
• The referred client must include your full name in their onboarding form
• The referred client must sign their project agreement and complete their first payment within 30 days of being referred

Referral Rewards. When they book, you earn a percentage of their Project Investment. Payouts range from $175 to $725, depending on the package they choose. No cap, no limit. Refer as many people as you’d like!

Rewards are paid within 45 days of the referred client’s first payment. You can choose to receive your reward via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or direct deposit.

Taxes & Fees. Brandkyn is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges associated with your chosen payout method. 1099s will be issued based on payout amounts in accordance with applicable tax laws. We recommend consulting a tax professional if you have questions about how referral income may affect your taxes.

A Few Other Things

• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be applied as credit toward future projects
• Brandkyn reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time
• Abuse of the program, including fraudulent referrals, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any pending rewards
• This program is intended for genuine client referrals only

Forfeiture of Referral Rewards. There are a few situations where a referral reward may not be honored. These include:

• The referred client does not mention your full name in the onboarding form
• The referred client does not sign their agreement or complete their first payment within 30 days
• The referred client has a prior or existing relationship with Brandkyn at the time of referral
• The referral is found to be fraudulent, incentivized in an unauthorized way, or made in bad faith
• The referred client cancels or does not complete their project before the first payment is processed

If any of these apply, the referral reward will be forfeited, and no payment will be issued.
