Program Fee

• $525/month, flat. No separate or variable fees are added for the standard program.

What’s Included

• 3 custom graphics per month, each 1-2 pages/sides, designed around your organization’s brand.
• You don’t need to submit requests all at once; you can send them individually throughout the month.

Turnaround

• Each piece is delivered within 2-5 business days after we receive your request and content. If the request requires additional time, we will let you know.

Revisions

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per piece.

Commitment

• Month-to-month after an initial 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

Billing

• Billed monthly on your sign-up date.

Unused Graphics

• Graphics not requested in a given month don’t roll over or bank for future use.

Additional Deliverables

• Extra graphics beyond the 3 included per month, or larger projects such as full reports, multi-page guides, or website updates, are available as a la carte add-ons and priced separately.

Program Start

• The program kicks off mid-September 2026.
• Organizations may join at any time after that.

Agreement

• Upon acceptance, we will send a general and retainer agreement for signature. This agreement covers the terms outlined here along with additional details on payment, communication, and other program terms.
