Every project starts with a base investment, but your final price depends on your specific needs. Things like hosting, stock imagery, plugins, and add-ons can affect your total. That’s why we always start with a call. Once we understand what you need, we’ll confirm whether your selected package is the right fit or if something else makes more sense for where you are. No surprises, just clarity.
All of our projects are structured as retainers with automatic payments scheduled based on the duration of your project. Here’s how that breaks down:
- The Foundation (2 to 3 weeks): 2 payments of 50% each. One to kick things off, one before final delivery.
- The Signature (4 to 6 weeks): 2 payments of 50% each. One to kick things off, one before final delivery.
- The Brandkyn Experience (6 to 8 weeks): 3 payments split. One to kick things off, one at the mid-project milestone, and one before final delivery.
If you need another payment structure setup, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Yes. Credit, debit, and ACH payments may incur additional processing fees depending on the payment processor. These fees are not set by Brandkyn and will be communicated transparently before you commit.
The investment listed for each package reflects the core scope of work. Any additional services, tools, or resources outside of that scope will be discussed and agreed upon before being added to your project.
Life happens and technology has its moments too. We build a 10 to 15 day buffer into every project timeline to account for the unexpected, whether that’s a communication delay, a revision cycle that takes a little longer, or just humans being humans. Our goal is always to deliver something you’re proud of, not just something that’s done fast.
Yes. Final payment must be completed in full before any final files or deliverables are released. This applies to all packages.
We understand that circumstances change. However, once a project has started, all payments made are non-refundable. If a project is terminated early, you will have access to any approved work completed up to that point, subject to the value of items delivered and time invested. Full details are outlined in your project agreement.
Yes. Clients on packages that include a website are eligible to opt into our monthly or annual maintenance plan. This covers ongoing updates, backups, and site support so you never have to worry about your site falling behind. Ask us about it during your project or at any time after launch.
Absolutely. We understand that your needs can evolve as a project comes to life. Additional services can be added during your project and will be billed separately based on our individual project rates at the time of your request. Any scope changes will also require an amended agreement to be signed before the additional work begins. Just reach out and we’ll make it happen.
Great question and we’re glad you asked. At Brandkyn we are intentional about how and where AI shows up in our process. We do not use AI to build websites, design logos, or create any brand assets. Why? Because we want everything we create for you to be fully original and legally yours. That means you can pursue copyright or trademark protection on your brand identity without any complications tied to AI generated content.
Where we do lean on AI is behind the scenes, think creative inspiration, early stage content drafts that get heavily edited, and strategy guidance. It helps us work smarter but it never replaces the human creativity and intention that goes into every deliverable we hand you.
One more thing worth knowing: we do not redesign or recreate logos or brand assets that were originally generated using AI. If you’re starting fresh with us, we start fresh the right way.

Absolutely. We work with businesses all over the world. No matter where you are, we’re here for it. Time zone differences and communication preferences are always discussed during onboarding so everything runs smoothly.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds built into the scope. Additional revisions outside of what’s included may be subject to our individual project rates at the time of the request. Your project agreement will outline exactly what’s included so there are no surprises.
It depends on your package but generally speaking, having a general sense of your vision, any existing brand assets, website content, and imagery helps us hit the ground running. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything together. Part of our process is helping you figure that out. We’ll send you everything you need to prepare during onboarding.
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, all approved deliverables and creative assets are yours. Full ownership transfers to you at the close of your project. Details are outlined in your project agreement.
All project communication runs through our project management system so everything stays organized and nothing gets lost in an inbox. Response times, availability, and communication expectations are outlined during onboarding so you always know what to expect.
We have a deep love and respect for non-profit work and the communities you serve. That said, discounts don’t pay our bills and we believe in the value of what we deliver for every client, non-profit or not.
What we do offer is the opportunity to pay it forward. If we choose to extend a discount to a non-profit organization, that decision is made entirely at our discretion. In exchange, the amount of that discount must be donated to a non-profit organization of our choosing. Because generosity should always keep moving.

Yes, always. Every project at Brandkyn begins with a signed agreement, no exceptions. We know contracts can feel formal but they exist to protect both of us. Your agreement outlines exactly what’s included in your project, the payment schedule, timeline expectations, revision rounds, ownership of deliverables, and everything in between. It’s the foundation of a smooth, transparent working relationship. No project kicks off until your agreement is signed and your deposit is received.
We get it, timing is everything. If our core packages aren’t the right fit right now we’d still love to find a way to support you. Reach out and let’s talk about what’s possible. Just keep in mind that projects outside of our three core packages, The Foundation, The Signature, and The Brandkyn Experience, are not part of our referral program. Absolutely. Once your project is complete and your investment has been paid in full, you become eligible to participate in the Brandkyn Client Referral Program. That means you can earn every time someone you refer books one of our core packages.
